「学ばすための指導」

人は学ばなければ成長はない

しかし、学ぶ心がなければ学ぶ資格はない

逆に教える立場からすれば、人に何かを教えることは難しい

学ぶ気の有る者に的確な指導が出来なければ無意味

学ぶ気の無い者にいくら時間をかけ手取り足取り教えても無意味

全ては学ぶ側と教える側の熱意が合致しなければならない

教えるということは、常に厳しく接しなければならない

感情的に可哀想だと思っても心で止めねば相手の成長は遅れる

しかし、一番マイナスなことは、甘やかしの対応

甘やかすことは、相手の成長にストップをかける引き金となる

しかし、甘やかされるほうも自分を戒めねばならない

双方が同じ心構えを持ちえて初めて成長へと繋がるのであろう

そして、指導どうりの結果に対しては、キッチリと褒める事が大切

書く言う私も、甘えて過ごしてきた気がする

だから、甘えの心がどのようなものかが少しわかる気がする

例えば、子供が叱られている状況に遭遇する

心の中で”少し可愛そうだな”とも思う

しかし、その後の私の対応次第で子供の成長が大きく左右する

当たり前の事で叱られているにも関わらず

「そんなに怒らんでもいいのにな！」などと思ってしまう

もしそこで、慰めれば叱った者の愛情は無意味になってしまう

逆に、尻馬に乗り、私も叱れば反抗心を芽生させるであろう

良いことは良い、悪いことは悪いと教えることがしつけの本意

なぜ叱られたのか？

それを噛み砕く考え方を身に付けねば成長はない

甘やかしは、甘い感情を芽生えさせ、責任転嫁の考えを育んでしまう

自分を振り返り、子供を見ながらつくづくと実感する。

Tear that mess down and bring on a Whole Foods! Also, all of the entrances and exits to the Vons center are totally dangerous. How about the one that exits onto the 150? Ive seen groups of cars come to a stop out of complete confusion and the bike path crosses diagonally right through it. It doesnt help that the lot itself is a filthy mess. Its like a big scab that welcomes people into the Valley. Uck!
